If I could give a zero I would. The app wouldn’t let me check in due to their wait list being too full so when I showed up there was 1 person getting a cut and only 2 stylists working. I waited for 45 minutes as people who were allowed to check in earlier in the day trickled in. This check in online and come in when you can policy is absurd. I know it’s just one person but I will never set foot in a sport clips.
